He is a good player but he really impressed coach Donovan at ABCD. He didn't have an offer until his performance at the camp. It sounds like he has been a Gator fan all his life so that is good. He is going to shoot up the rankings when they are released in a few weeks. He was right around the 45-40 range and I think he moves up around the 25-30 range. He could be a 5-star in a few weeks.

It is funny how things pan out sometimes. Tyus was probably very upset that Turner took the last spot left at Ohio State but if that wouldn't have happened then he would not have gotten the offer from UF that he wanted. I think it will work out well for him, Florida and OSU. I am always happy that a kid who loves Florida ends up getting his dream offer.

Its always good to hear when a kid gets his dream offer, as much as we wanted him to be a part of the program here, he will most likely be more comfortable at Florida. Tyus kinda of got kicked in the gut so to speak, but it was great to hear that Donovan made the offer and he got a spot.
