'07 OH ATH Carlton Peake (Louisville signee, transfer to ???)

Sorry... I moved the post and thread before grad linked it... I fixed the link in his post.

I have to believe that the GPA and the ACT are a hold-up on Peake. I can't say that they are THE hold-up, but definitely A hold-up.

I don't have premium but from judging what you just said he sounds a little bitter that he hasn't gotten an offer yet.
Hard to say without hearing it directly... I'm not sure he's bitter, he's just focusing on the teams who have offered him. Hard to blame a guy for that, when it seems pretty clear OSU is slow-playing him.

AT 6'2" 220-225, I don't see anything wrong with a Safety that big (Sean Taylor, Ed Reed-type big), as he is very fast and apprently fairly good in coverage already, being named the top DB at one of the camps he attended. I don't want to miss the boat on this fine young man, but the staff knows what they want and maybe I should trust them on this one.

I feel the same way, but the issue with his lack of offer is still grades right?

Most high school seniors that are 225 don't stay 225 very long in college.
