If it is truly down to UF and OSU, UF may be out of room soon if the get Toliver.

If thats the case then bring him on down...

I still think Miami has a hand in the deal, and I think if Thompson is going to wait till around signing day a firing of Coker and a new coach would be of benefit to his recruiting. Someone that will say we need you to come in and help in turning this program around. Especially being right in home territory...

Especially now that UM is sniffing around Spurrier...

i would love to get thompson, but I just don't see the vibe there....he seems to be miami or florida.....or is there something i am not aware of here?...

If the old addage of not leading after a visit means you have no shot, then it doesn't look to good (unless he announced osu as a leader)

Thompson visits Buckeyes: Glades Central wide receiver Deonte Thompson took his second official recruiting visit to Ohio State last weekend, and in doing so, had a sideline view of the biggest college football game of the season.

Thompson said he watched the first half of the Buckeyes' 42-39 victory against Michigan from the stands with other recruits, including Fort Lauderdale-St. Thomas Aquinas safety Major Wright and was on the sideline in the fourth quarter.

"At halftime I had to go inside, I was too cold," Thompson said. "It was a great experience."

Thompson, the top-rated wide receiver in the state, has also visited Louisiana State. He has caught 13 passes for 321 yards in the Raiders past three games since returning from a broken foot.
