Damage control from the Miami site...despite the "rumors" of a top 3 of Florida, USC and OSU, Major says his top 5 is Miami, USC, Florida, Ohio State and Georgia.

This is a spin job of epic proportions by a team that is nearing freefall, both on the field and on the recruiting front...Major told BK himself that his three favorites were OSU, Florida and USC but that he would take all 5 visits.

From the USC site...in this article, posted before the Miami update, Major again says he has a top 3 and it's Florida, USC and Ohio State.

And when asked who he will visit other than his top 3, Major says "maybe Georgia"...I think the writing is on the wall for the Canes...

Mike Frank has really brainwashed the rest of the IrishEyes staff into thinking they are going to land every recruit...the slant job this Baumhower got put on the Major article was very Mike Frank-esque.

The US Army and High School Football are teaming up to build America's future leaders. Each year only the best and brightest high school football players are selected to take part in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Chosen from 400 nominees, the Raiders' Major Wright is one of three South Florida selectees. (All 2007 selectees)

Head Coach George Smith says "Major is a very fine human being, is the team captain, and maintains a 3.3 GPA. His college selections are down to The University of Miami, Ohio State, and Notre Dame."
