From BSB...Matthews has 8 offers, 5 of which are in writing. He is looking at Syracuse, Pitt, UNC, PSU, BC, Miami (FL) and OSU. His offer from OSU is a verbal one at this point. He has no favorites at this point.

McKenzie has offers from Ohio State, Michigan State, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, North Carolina, Alabama, Rutgers, Wisconsin, Stanford, and UMass, but is still considering Michigan, Maryland, Notre Dame, and Boston College. He has not narrowed things down much but plans to start soon.

McKenzie says his top 4 is Ohio State, Michigan, Pittsburgh, and North Carolina. He says offers from Maryland, Iowa, Penn State, Notre Dame, Boston College, or Miami could shake that list up some. He likes tOSU and remembers Will Smith.

New York has long been considered a basketball state when it comes to talent. New York city has produced hundreds of college basketball players and is one of the leading producers of NBA players as well. But New York is often times overlooked for its football talent. One of the top football players representing New York state this year is McKenzie Mathews.

Alabama, Ohio State, Syracuse, North Carolina, Michigan State and Pittsburgh are just a few of the schools who have offered.

Michigan, Ohio State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, North Carolina are his top five. He is interested in Michigan State, Notre Dame and Penn State. He will make an unofficial trip to Pittsburgh for the Notre Dame game this weekend.
