'06 MD CB A.J. Wallace (Penn State signee)

Scout $

8/30

AJ says he has eliminated Michigan due to a poor comfort level with the program. He is still slated to visit tOSU and Nebraska while considering Florida, Florida State, LSU, Oklahoma, and Miami for his final visits. He says Ohio State, Nebraska, Florida State, Florida, and Miami are recruiting him the hardest.

the ttun fans have already started abou this. by listening to them, they have charles woodson and shawn springs back in high school as juniors and it has scared off wallace.

but that's fine, because at camp he performed so poorly that ttum cooled on him. Disregard the fact that it took them 3 months to cool on him, but they did, obviously because of the derth of db talent they have in this recruiting class and their overall talent in the secondary.

IMO Wallace realizes that OSU will give him a great oppertunity not only to have a successful career in college, a good education, and get him ready for the NFL. MICHIGAN IS GOING TO HAVE PROBLEMS IN THEIR BACK SEVEN FOR AT LEAST A FEW MORE YEARS. Wasn't Prescott Burgess supposed to be the next greatest LB in the B10? I guess the Juniors they are talking about will be the next Ernest Shazors:!

Wallace is a top 100 player. One doesn't get offers from the elite group he has and not be good. Thats ok OSU will take Michigans scraps:wink2: . Considering A.J. already gets a bad vibe hes prepared to play Michigan in the future. I think hes ready to be a Buckeye.

I seen this on BN. This is a few ridiculous scUM fans trying to trick themselves into believing they didn't want him. He is a great player and is a good RB if things don't work out at DB. They just said Ronald Johnson and some other guy are better and are only going to be juniors in high school. They can have them I would take A.J. Wallace and Kurt Coleman anyday. Through in possibly Bryan Thomas and you have 3 great corners.

Michigan "cooled" on Wallace because he dropped them from consideration...

I'm not going to sugarcoat this. So we're looking good on Roland Johnson next year. Whoopee, he probably won't start until 2008-2009. I'm definitely disappointed a Top 100 CB like AJ isn't interested, but I wish him the best.

I see; saying it in caps makes it true!

You sure post alot about a junior who hasn't yet started a game and has already switched positions. Are you so ignorant of college football that you'd write off a player before his junior year?

I'd say more on the latter points, but we're off topic anyway.
