'06 IL QB Isiah "Juice" Williams (Illinois signee)

I think if any staff/university/stadium in the country has a chance to knock his socks off on an official visit, it has to be ours. While it is definitely a longshot, hopefuly Illinois struggles enough this season to really make him think twice about joining that program.

Isiah discusses other schools using the troubles at Illinois, losing and probation, as recruiting angles, but he still considers himself committed. He will however take his visits and North Carolina, Tennessee, Iowa, Penn State, and Purdue are still in the hunt. No mention of tOSU.

I admire the fact Tress doesn't seem to pressure kids who are committed to other schools, especially if they tell him they aren't interested. Tress recruits the right way, even if it costs him a player or two. Henton has been playing better now that he's gotten healthy. Maybe they are just done with the QB position in this class with Henton playing better coming off an injury. Better to space the scholarships out with Schonehoft and Boeckman already in the mix when Justin and Troy leave.

Schwartz is definitely a Safety... but I've seen Juice in person in Ann Arbor, this kid is special and would be a great fit for tOSU's offense. The only thing I don't understand is why they pick up guys like Schoenhoft when you've got Boeckman there already. If they continue to run this offense guys like Zwick, Schoenhoft and Boeckman are a waste, unless they run a pro-style offense too. Just my opinion, Juice is better than Henton IMO.
