Although there is more positive news lately than negative news about Ausberry, given the track record of guys like wstripes, I would have to agree with 44820 on this one. I would love to be serving up a big batch of Strawberry Ausberry Kool-Aid right now but I think it is better to just sit tight and be surprised if he does end up choosing OSU.

stripes has a great track record, but he did just miss on Harvin. Maybe he's on a down-swing for this year... :wink:

no. stripes is never wrong (macho harris?). All kids commit to usc during their official visits. any of them that decide to go elsewhere simply don't follow through with their commitments. That's how it works in SoCal.

actually, that is fairly true, although knowing where he gets his info, it is hard not to believe that he is merely relaying info that is genuine when he gets it. the only time I can remember him being flat out wrong was Gwaltney and everyone down to Gwaltney's family guessed wrong on that one.

Update from Scout.com...David says he has narrowed it down to "Ohio State, Georgia and USC". JT was in to visit David at home and (once again) the conversation revolved about everything but football. Coach Richt and two other coaches were next. He says he keeps in touch with Vidal Hazelton and Taylor Mays, a USC recruit and USC commit respectively.
