'05 PA RB/DB Justin King (Penn State signee)

Rivals Premium

King just got back from PSU and had a good trip. He is ready to make a decision. He is considering four schools- PSU, scUM, Florida and tOSU. Even though he hasn't officially visited tOSU, he says he has been there a bunch of times and they are right there with the other three. He says he has no leader and will make a decision Nov. 15th (possibly on ESPN News).

Our liberal use of Ginn yesterday should solidify our chances with him.

Call me optimistic, but I really can't see him choosing PSU or Florida with both of those programs in disarray. So that makes me think it's down to 2 of us. Like Mili said, I think if he saw what Ginn did yesterday, he's gotta be thinking he could do the same next year.

Now that I think of it, though... scUM uses a few of their frosh pretty extensively as well. Henne and Hart. Oh well. Who would want to go there? :wink2: C'mon down Justin!!!

Its not over till its over Buckeye from heck. We were not supposed to get Nicol or Lyons but we did.
:slappy: :slappy: :slappy:

anyone who honestly thinks we have a chance in hell with this guy is kidding themselves. call me crazy, but seeing as we've been on and off his list for the entire year, and he hasn't visited, i get a sneaking feeling that he isn't coming here.

this kid is a scUMer all the way, unfortunatly. i hope i'm wrong, but we have no chance.

The only way King even gives a thought about OSU is if we convince him that Ginn will be a WR and O'Neal a safety for the forseeable future. He's openly admitted he won't go somewhere with too much competition at corner.

i dont want somebody who is afraid of competition. sounds like a nice fit for either PSU or scUM

I think King being a wolverine lock was manifested by the wolverine faithfuls imagination. They seem to think they have all but sealed the deal because they are arrogant.

Nobody has ever called him a Wolverine lock. We just think that we are the strong leaders. It has nothing to do with the fact we are the only school he's ever called the single leader at any point during his recruitment and that he told our '06 Committment Chris Ricahrds that he was 75% sure he was coming to Michigan on his official visit. Just a figment of our imagination that we might be leading.

King has been to OSU so many times he knows all the coaches and everything we have to offer. If the kid says its a 4 way tie then its a 4 way tie.

It's a four way tie like Ted Ginn Jr. was a 4 way tie last year....

I personally think him not taking a visit to OSU is beneficial to us. All that means is hes measuring up the competition.

Riiiiight. You honestly believe it's better that he didn't visit when he said that he's gonna base his decision on how comfortable he is at each school?

I think hes kept it closer to the vest than people think. If we can beat Meshitagain and win our bowl game we might land him.

He's announcing his decision on ESPNews on November 15. That's 5 days before the big game and a hell of a long time before the bowl games.

If I were Justin King and I saw all of the talent OSU has coming in I would want to be apart of that. O'neal, Ginn, King, Whitner, Youbooty, and Salley is just scary.

The talent assembled in Ann Arbor isn't too bad either you know. Maybe Justin King wants to come to Michigan with Victor "Macho" Harris to be the best 1-2 CB punch in recruiting this year.

I still think Ted Ginn is the next OSU Heisman Trophy winner. Hopefully the competition @ OSU doesn't scare King away. I'm sure he'll start for MESHITAGAIN NEXT YEAR.

With Curry and Jackson leaving and Shazor possibly leaving early MEshitagain should be thin at DB. I have seen their young DB's getting burned alot.

BTW scummer whos Michigan gonna double team Ginn or Holms? They can't double botH

It's funny how Bret is basically the only fan of a rival school that ever posts on our board here. Even funnier is how he was a member before most of the Buckeye posters on here. His hard on for OSU keeps growing longer and longer.
