It is 58 degrees in my office. We have had no heat all week. No AC for most of the summer, and now they can't fix the heat. I need to go buy some hand warmers so I can continue typing. Ridiculous that they have the air handlers running, just blowing cold air at this point and won't shut them down.

+1 Get the kid out and to a safe place, preferably an ER, where the docs/staff would get the kid the help he needed and the police could get the evidence they needed to get that monster off the street.
