Saw on LGHL that the Bucks have a commitment from a highly rated long-snapper by the name of Sam York. York will come in as a preferred walk-on. I am curious if this will have any bearing on the offer to '15 LS Liam McCollough?
Watched an excellent hard-fought game tonight between the Cavs and OKC. The Cavs prevail on the road with many clutch plays down the stretch from Hawes, kyrie, and T. Thompson.
For the sake of discussion I would hope that Hunter somehow has him confused with Chase Farris. Hale has been serviceable at DT the last two years. Even if he is being passed over a bit by the depth chart I could see him making a solid contribution as the season plays out due to injuries, etc...
Just speculating, but perhaps there is still residual damage in the relationship with the Brown"s, originating from the Aaron Brown recruitment of +/- 10 years ago. This was also reportedly a factor in the Spencer Ware recruitment. In both earlier cases that was a different staff at OSU, and I...
Keith McCants from Ala. many years back at 6'5"; no 1 pick of nfl draft, Lavarr Arrington at 6'5"; no.1 pick of the draft. Osu's Craig Powell a first rounder to the Browns at 6'5". And as I hinted to above, OSU's Eric Kumerow a first rounder to the Dolphins at 6'6". I don't doubt that...
I would imagine that your time in Idaho has given you a few experiences to form that opinion RB07. Poster's here not familiar with the LDS church could not imagine, but I would expect that the Dastrup family was under tremendous pressure from the those forces from the minute he committed to...
I don't know if you are being a bit sarcastic, but the Raiders will be playing the Broncos on Monday Night Football next week. The way Denver is putting up points the announcing crew could be looking for filler material by the 4th quarter in that one.
While I was watching that second half last night all that kept popping into my head was how his first game performance had to be chaffing the butt of every skunkbear fan that follows recruiting.
A couple of years ago when listening to the NFL draft on Serius radio Gil Brandt said that at that time there were more players per capita from Montana in the NFL than any other state. Obviously there is some talent produced, but it is rare when the PAC-10 schools are up here banging around as...
I can't recall any in my time here at BP. One of the few big national recruits that I can remember from Montana was a DE from Lewistown, MT(my area) named Mike? Anderson. Anderson was 6'7" 235 pounds as a HS senior, and reportedly ran a sub-4.7/40 at a testing event. If I remember correctly...
It is worth adding also that prior to his injury most services had him as a top 5 player in his class. He has fallen a bit due to his knee injury and not playing. If he recovers well Mickey will be a 5-star player once again.
Interesting that in a supposedly down year for Ohio hs football every committed player in the top 50 is going to a BCS school. Agree on M. Jones. I guess Meyer and Saban have something to learn from SCOUT with regard to player evaluation. :wink2:
A big loss for them.

Interesting that SI, even with time to temper their prediction, still keeps A&M at number 3. They obviously think that Johnny Manziel will play at least 12 games this year.
