Bolded part is pretty hilarious. Spurrier can be a dick, he's generally pretty comical.
I'm watching the replay of the game from last night and it made me think of a comment I saw earlier this year that Gardner and Gallon spent so much time throwing together in the offseason that Gardner can hit Gallon with his eyes closed. I'm starting to think that wasn't a figure of speech...
Looking at the remainder of the schedule, every game is losable. They get Indiana and Nebraska at home, but I don't know if scUM's defense can slow either of those teams down. I'm sure it won't happen, but they could very easily finish 0-6 with the way they've been playing.
Can't imbed the video, but deadspin put up a mesmerizing slow-mo video of the punt block, pretty cool...

A friend forwarded this article to me after we had a discussion on this subject Saturday night. He was on the "pay the players" side of the argument, but couldn't come up with a solution to preventing corruption by big schools or deciding which players get paid. Anyway, I think this guy puts...
I saw "John in Orlando's" comment when that article was posted and was embarrassed, but didn't care enough to create an account to call him out. Nice job MaxBuck for doing that. I like that people call the kid selfish, and then get upset because he may not choose THEIR team. "You're selfish...
Sounds like it was a major oversight by the staff to not get him more reps during the Wisconsin game, and that he'll be more involved the rest of the season.

I'm the same. I used to check it daily but have looked at it maybe 3 or 4 times this season. It was a slow day at work and I ran out of work-safe content to read.
CFN has all of their writers assess how the Buckeyes would match up in every other conference. The consensus seems to be that they are 5th or 6th in the SEC, 2 to 3 in the PAC12, 2nd in the ACC, and 1st in the Big12. It'd be hard to argue otherwise based on the minimal body of work so far. The...
Rays up 4-2 in top of the 8th. Hopefully the Rangers can pull this out as the Tribe has performed significantly better against them this year (5-1 vs. Tex, 2-4 vs. TB). Looks like the Rangers are projecting Garza to start and the Rays are projecting Alex Cobb.
Was really surprised to see Hall was essentially non-existent last night. Was this a scheme specific thing for Wisconsin or are we only going to see him during mop-up and relief from here out? It's a good problem to have, but it sucks seeing talent sit on the sidelines, especially since Jordan...
As much as the transitive property doesn't actually matter on the field, I think it's heavily used by voters. Since Wisky played close and lost the ASU, who went out a week later and got rolled by Stanford 42-28 (38-7 going into 4th qtr), OSU has to put up at least a comparable score against...
If I could pick one bowl matchup this season it would be to see Wisconsin vs. Arky. Unfortunately, I'm not sure Arky will make it to bowl eligibility, let alone be high enough to match up with Wisconsin. Outback would be the best chance w/ it being Big 10 #4 vs. SEC #5.
