  • You the dude that said you work in Milford? Do you know of any good game watch locations? I used to go to Bobby V's in Stamford when I lived in Norwalk, pretty good group there, but it's a hike from Milford.
Have you ever had the Lake Erie Monster from Great Lakes? I went to pick up a four pack last night and it's season is over. :sad2: I absolutely love that stuff. I am, however, excited to try, for the first time, upcoming seasonals Oktoberfest and Christmas Ale.
It's not bad enough that you cretins are trashing the Freedom Center and various venues in SW Ohio, but now you have to trash our hotel. This aggression will not stand, Man.
YES! The beer did arrive and in great condition. Thank you very much. The first one I unwrapped was the Imperial Pumpkin and I was VERY excited. I believe you mentioned that during the fall in the Beer Thread while discussing pumpkin beers. I am going to save it for the fall to enjoy. Also very excited to try the SmuttyNose Imperial Stout. You always have very good things to say about their beers. I have never heard of the other two, but I am sure they will not disappoint. Have you tried either FFF brew?
That's easy enough. The guy on top looks like the son Red Forman wished he had, and the guy on the bottom looks like the creepy pedophile and/or serial killer from a Lifetime movie.

    Hope that helps.
I've been ill man. Have been in the hospital for a good portion of the last six months. I'm also trying to graduate soon. I'll start posting a log once I get a job after I graduate. Thanks for inquiring.
I sent out your beer today! It only took me 2 months, ha. It will be delivered USPS Priority mail, they said it should arrive on Friday. I got a delivery confirmation just in case there are any issues. You should have 3 bomber bottles, one each of Dreadnaught, Moloko and Behemoth. Hopefully you enjoy. Once again, I am sorry about the wait.
I have not checked out Portsmouth, NH, but it's on my list. We love Portland, though. Great restaurants, breweries, etc. It's really dog friendly as well, which another reason we like it so much. :)
I haven't read Vineland. I read V before Gravity's Rainbow and thought it was pretty similar.

If you're going to read GR, I'd suggest not skimming it, not worrying about getting lost, and definitely re-reading it at least once. Second time I read it it became my favorite book.
I heard a story about some sort of tax Ohio tried to levy against the beer. Not sure how true it is. But the story ended with "they'll never sell it in Ohio".
I'll check out some other porters, for sure. I just can't stand coffee. I'm down for whatever at this point. I didn't even mind Guiness. I figure if I make it thur a sixer, it might grow on me. I want to try Arrogant Bastard. They sell it by the bottle, tho I'm not sure if it even omes in six packs.

If I drive out of state for some brews, it's going to be to PA to pick up some Yeungling. That shit was delicious.
