No knock on Buchanan but I don't know if he had a bad fall or not or maybe it's because he has been playing higher seeds in tournaments but he does not seem to be like the Chase that I know. I was wondering if you have any thoughts on his slow start of the indoor season.
Also, is there that big of a difference between singles and doubles. I know there is but for some reason some guys seem to be pretty good doubles players but lack in the singles. I've noticed this about PK.

Tell the high school junior to go to OWU on a academic (athletic) scholarship. Word has it that they have a very large endowment (that from a friend who's son went to Stanford on an athletic scholarship)

My sources sometimes gets things confused but I had heard that Lippert had some academic issues last year and, in fact, might have been ineligible for a majority of the year. I guess if he practiced with the team, which I don't know, that would be untrue. Also, I don't think Peter played in any matches last year but don't know that for sure.

He has not done anything this summer regarding college to the best of my knowledge... big mistake. I don't think he should play tennis in college even if he is good enough. I could not play basketball and attend a liberal arts college and survive because I tried it
