In his recent interview with Austin Ward he makes it pretty clear he’s declaring. When asked about playing in the cotton bowl Denzel says “it’ll be good to put another game on film.”

The reports don’t quite match what the interview sounded like. When he says “undecided” he clearly sounds like “this is what I was told to say”. It doesn’t sound like he’s genuinely considering it.
