That's a screenshot from a series of youtube videos (since removed) that he posted chastizing Stern fans for calling him a delusional asshole. Did you get to see those? They were classic...each 5-8 minutes long of him rambling.

Eh, the toe is fine enough. I was medicated for a couple days, so that helped.

Baby Huey. I'm fucking dying here. That's what my HS coaches used to call a former Buckeye captain that I went to HS with. 
Eh, a little. I got up for work at 6:00 this morning, waited for an hour, then got a text saying "I'll call you in awhile"..."awhile" turned out to be eleven. Then, I worked until about a half hour ago, come home, get online, and now he calls me and says we need to go put up a deck somewhere. It's fucking friday. I need a beer. I'm not shaking, but I feel like my body is vibrating on a sub-atomic level.
Far out stuff. Staring out into space a lot too. Watched "No Country for Old Men" this morning. I like pie. Dog is getting her stitches out from her spay surgery. I can't stay focussed on any one subject.
