I also believe personally that we don't want to become an Auburn here, A program that is synonymous with angry big money boosters calling all the shots on what happens with the football program. That isn't to say that the masses aren't correct here, just that we shouldn't let things play out that way.
Just because this letter was written on Tuesday, doesn't mean a different letter couldn't happen at any time for the next week or so. And I say that because the public heat on this situation is likely more than anything I can remember.
First of all, Foley doesn't write that email to these 20 or so money Bulls if there is not some split among them about how they feel about the Muschamp situation. That is to be expected given the current lay of the land. What I infer from this as well is that the upper level of these Bulls must very well be amenable to the situation.
Jeremy Foley emailed the top of the top of the boosters sometime early Tuesday, it was a group of about 20 or so Bull Gators.
Foley's message to these Bulls was that he and President were totally behind Muschamp and that he will be retained as the coach next year. The message also indicated that there will be big changes on offense.
Not necessary to share with anyone unless you'd like to, but I thought I'd just go ahead and paste what was said word for word. Hope all is well on your end and Happy Thanksgiving.
Wasn't quite sure how to send you a private message on the new format, but I got some credible information on what's going on behind the scenes with regard to Coach Muschamp and thought I'd share with you the latest.
I'm still freaking out on the thin numbers at linebacker. What's the future look like there?

Just hurts that they took a bath with the '12 class...Williams has been slow to develop and I'm not sure he ever will, Perkins left (bet he's kicking himself now) and Roberts was a Fickell-level recruit. Perry was the only serviceable LB out of that class and he has been injured most of the season.

In '11 you had Shaizer, Grant (who's taken a while to come around and has been hurt) and Crowell, who is gone. And in '10 you had McVey, Durham and Turner, none of whom are still playing football.

So in three classes you had three OSU-caliber LBs and two of them have been hurt much of this year. That is unacceptable and I doubt we see it again. LB seems to be the one position that did not survive the Tressel-Fickell-Meyer transition as well as some others.
That's a good idea; I should pay more attention to the case sizes. I've been interested in vintage watches, but the majority of ladies' styles are a bit small for a lady who wears a size 9 shoe, anyway. :p
