All that bitching about K having put your mug on-line, and having to ask me to take my post down because he could not edit mine and you had the red ass about it, and now you have your likeness on your avatar? WTF??? :p
All I caught was one of the guys saying "speaking of a big load..." and it was silent. They kind of looked around at each other for a few seconds, then started laughing. It was hilarious.
Well either way, it seems a bit inconsistent to suddenly crack down upon it, especially with the out-of-towners who will make the trek for the once in a lifetime parade.
Is that a valid defense or does a courtroom not care if they were lax in enforcing the rule before? Was it even a rule?
Does the city/police have an obligation to let citizens know that they're cracking down on boobage? Or can they just implement a rule privately or at the 11th hour and then arrest the whole french quarter for it?
I'm guessing it's the latter, but legally speaking, I was curious if there was any defense for the flashers given how they've been allowed to flash for decades on end.
