I'm at a loss here. I've spent 5-10 min searching for an airline x-ray, pat-down search type of thread and can't find one. Can you help this article find its home?

That reminds me of the calico that lived a few doors down when I was in jr. high. When I'd get off the bus, it would come galloping down the street and leap at me, fully trusting that I'd catch it. I remember one day I had an armful of books and stuff, and couldn't catch it. It landed on the books and skid into a sort of backflip over my shoulder onto the ground. Little more careful after that.
