Let's see........

Rythm section:
Drums - Phil Ehart or Neil Peart (Either way I am breaking the "one member per band" rule) but I could live with Gavin Harrison of Porcupine Tree also.
Bass - Geddy Lee (also backing vocals)

Vocals:
Lead - Steve Walsh from Kansas (if he's not available, then Ian Gillan from Deep Purple)
Backing vocals - Annie Haslam (Renaissance) and David Crosby arranging the harmonies

Guitars:
Lead - Steve Howe - Yes
Acoustic accompaniment and duets - Al DiMeola
Additional guitarwork provided by Les Paul and Chet Atkins

Keyboards:
Grand piano and all synthesizers - Rick Wakeman - The Strawbs (Ha! beat the rule on that one!)
Hammond B3 - Jon Lord - Deep Purple

Guest appearance by the London Philharmonic

Ok, sorry, I'm a Rush nut. Here's a real shot at it:

Guitar - Alex Lifeson (Rush)
Guitar - Geordie Walker (Killing Joke)
Bass - Ryan Martinie (Mudvayne)
Drums - Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters)
