Been waiting 46 years for this. Buckeyes in 02 and 14 were great but my #1 Love has always been the Indians. If they can pull this off, might be the best sports story EVER as far as a team that had a depleted pitching staff completely shut down the 3 best hitting teams on their way to the Championship! Head is spinning right now, in a good way. GOD I love this team!

Let's not get too far ahead of this. Still gotta win another game.

BTW, let us pause in our celebrations of tonight's win to reflect upon some of those former Indians players in the not so distant past who, year after year, prevented us from such good times. I'll start with my fav: Andy "Parte" Marte, a 3B who's only ML moment of glory came when he struck out 3 Yankers in his only RP appearance. His appearance is depicted in my avatar to the left.
