  • Sad that this guy is actually getting his own "pnk'd" style show.

O.J. Simpson Is Coming To Juice You

    ojsimpson.jpg
Instead of spending the day racking his brain trying to think of an appropriate gift to commemorate the tenth anniversary of Nicole Brown's murder (the tenth is tin, right?), O.J. Simpson did what any self-respecting, grieving ex-spouse would do: go on national TV and blame her for her own death while plugging his new reality show. Simpson tells Fox News Channel's Greta Van Susteren that he will star in a Punk'd-style prank show, in which his wacky, ostensibly non-murdering Juice persona goes around "juicing" people, as in "you've been juiced!" Wow, doesn't that sound life-threatening, yet somehow hilarious? But the producers should probably talk to their lawyers and accountants; the show could get expensive. The last time he allegedly "juiced" somebody, his bank account got killed in a civil trial.

Heard about this on the Stern show yesterday and I find it deplorable.

Glad to see he had time to take away from finding the "real" killers to make this show. :roll1:

Hope he enjoys all of the proceeds going to the Goldman and Brown families in paying off his civil suit.

from what I hear, each episode will go in a similar style. OJ will pick one of his handful of Cocaine dealing, pimp, gambling buddies and juice them. They will come home to find their families brutally murdered with a butcher knife. Right before they completely lose it. OJ will pop out with some really small leather gloves on and tell them "they been juiced" the family will then pop up as they had only been faking being murdered.

    First episode: Pedro Guerrero
Episode 2: Al "A C God Dammit" Cowlings
    Episode 3: Marcia Clark

This article indicates that it is "pay-for-view". Would you actually pay to see it? I won't.

Now if the networks really want a top rated show they could chain (locked and destroy the key) him to the bottom of a tank of water for 9 minutes.

Simpson pretends to sell the Bronco at a used car lot

Simpson pulls a prank involving the infamous white Bronco, drawing criticism from the family of a man he was accused of killing.
As part of the pay-per-view show, Simpson pretends to sell the Bronco at a used car lot and boasts to a prospective buyer that he made the vehicle famous, according to a segment aired Thursday on "Inside Edition."
"It was good for me -- it helped me get away," Simpson said, referring to the slow-speed, televised police chase that preceded his 1994 arrest on charges of murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman.
Goldman's father, Fred, told "Inside Edition" he found Simpson's comment "morally reprehensible."
Simpson was acquitted of murder. A civil jury later held him liable for the deaths and ordered him to pay $33.5 million to the Brown and Goldman families.
Much of that judgment remains unpaid.
"Any money that he makes, I hope, will go to satisfy the multimillion dollar judgment made against him in the civil case," said Brown family attorney Gloria Allred.
The hour-long program is airing on pay-per-view this month, and a DVD offering uncensored material will be made available soon, "Juiced" executive producer Rick Mahr told The Associated Press.
Other practical jokes include Simpson disguised as an Elvis impersonator, a vagabond selling oranges for money and an elderly man leading a Bingo game.
Simpson was not paid for the program, Mahr said.
"Basically O.J. Simpson has decided to do this because he wants to do it, and he wanted to have fun with it," Mahr said.

I'm pretty sure they mentioned this whole idea on "Cheap Seats" on ESPN Classic several months back. I thought it was just made up as part of their script. I wonder how long this idea has been in the works - or if Simpson is sorry and desperate enough to steal an idea like this from a couple mediocre comedians.
