The problem with BMI is that it ignores those pesky muscles that some people have.

I will never weigh less than 225 again in my life. Period. But according to BMI I should weigh something like 170. 170 is great for someone who never played football or worked out.

I would have to get down below 215 (6'5") for that to consider me normal. I'm way to bulky for that to be healthy. I guess I can aspire to be overweight.
