Yahoo Fantasy Golf 2007: Sign up now!

i did so bad this week picking my players. i had the player with the low round of the day twice this week and i had them on the bench the day of their good round. i had reifers but didn't start him, after rd1 i put him in and he blew donkey balls the rest of the tourney. then i took out kim today and he went off and fired a 65. thats frustrating. i'm really glad i signed up for this though, becuase i have watched more golf this year than i have since high school.

i've met many of those guys too. tiger acts like he's too busy to bother with anyone. he may sign one or two autographs on his way to the locker room if its convenient. phil talked to me for about 20 mins back in 96 at the phoenix open. that was the year he beat leonard in a playoff. it was monday of a practice round and i was standing by the practice green watching. i had been a huge phil fan up till that day, but i became an even bigger fan after that. curtis strange is a huge prick, and so is greg norman. the super stars of today could learn a lot from watching jack nicklaus. i've seen jack sign autographs for 2 hours at a time. great guy. have fun at the PGA this week. that golf course is awesome (by far the hardest i've ever played)

You guys are right on! I personnally cannot stand some of the decisions he makes on the golf course. He is back to his days of "playing for all the marbles with every swing" much like Arnold did in his hey day. But unlike Arnold, Phil doesn't seem to pull it off. But even I have to admit if given a choice of playing a round of golf I would choose Phil to round out my foursome with Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. Phil is just a good guy and you have to root for a guy like that......:)

By the way my picks this week are looking pretty shaky, other than Phil...

I can't believe this shit! I have Vaughn Taylor (he withdrew), Phil (hurt his wrist and withdrew) and Zach Johnson (made a mess of the back 9 and withdrew). I'm down to half a team. I think the only one left on my team that will even make the cut is O'hair. He better win.

Riefers has got to figure out a way to show up the day after shooting a great round. He shot 67 yesterday then 78 today and missed the cut. He's done that three times now this year. He's new and he'll figure it out eventually, but it must be hard on him for now.
