Does Calhoun have a reputation I'm not aware of or did Christensen just go off the deep end? Seems like an overreaction if there's no history there.
epic. Everyone I have heard talk about Calhoun has done so in almost reverential terms, so I don't know if there was any history (though AFA has always had trouble with Wyoming for some reason, no matter how good/bad the 2 teams are) but I don't think Calhoun has any kind of reputation.

Wyoming hires Bill Young as defensive quality control coach
Head coach Dave Christensen announced via a press release that Bill Young has been hired as a defensive quality control staff member.
Wyoming fired Chris Tormey, the team's defensive coordinator during the past two seasons, on Monday. First-year defensive line coach Jamar Cain was named the Cowboys' interim defensive coordinator.
Christensen explained that Young will participate in a limited role throughout the final four games of the 2013 season.
Young’s 37-year coaching career has included stops as a coordinator at Ohio State, Oklahoma, USC, Kansas, Miami (Fla.) and Oklahoma State.
