Uggh I currently reside in shittsburgh but will be moving back to Ohio this summer. In its defense, Pittsburgh has an very good medical community. As far as its traffic is concerned, it is not all that bad. People whine and bitch about it but really what alternatives do you have when you have to work around 3 rivers and a shit load of monutains and hills.

The burgh is not a great place to live by any means, but it is a lot better then some would think. Having said that, can not wait to get out.

The people who created that website are just bitter that some yanks from Ohio came down and blasted their wives. In fact you can still smell the stench on Saw31's finger :-).

In all seriousness, really do people from South Carolina want to get in a debate on what state is better? Even in the deepest back woods of SE Ohio will not compare to the fine SC places like Anderson, South Carolina.

Other then that it was a good laugh.

Heh true... I forgot about that (wasn't driving yet when we moved away). Never have I encountered worse road rage... a beamer tailgated us at about 3 feet for a quarter mile, zoomed around us, came to a complete stop on the freeway (we're in a loaded minivan, mind you), turned around to give us the finger, and sped away. Definitely my most exciting highway moment.

Yeah, and I don't think it is over the Capital building. It's in a Confederate memorial area on the Capital grounds.
About 15 years ago there was a lot of talk of creating an I-73 corridor from Detroit to Charleston, which would have gone through Columbus. I haven't heard anything about it for over five years though (and I would know as the proposed highway was to go through part of my parents' farm in Seneca County), so maybe the idea was abandoned.
