They billed it as an "End of an Era" match. HBK was just a special guest referee. He doesn't do it full time.

I don't watch it much anymore, but I heard WM was pretty entertaining fwiw. I have met quite a few of the "superstars". HHH seemed like a tool IRL as well as Batista. They really seemed like they could give a shit less about their fans from what I could see. Micheals/jericho/benoit all looked like manlets. Pretty funny how the tv makes them out to what they aren't. However, i've met mark henry and brock lesnar and they both are huge human beings. Henry was super cool, and way down to earth. Lesnar was completely different then how he acts in the ring.

I almost forgot about Jon Cena. I don't care for his character on WWE,but he was probably the nicest "superstar" out of all of them. I seen him going out of his way for fans more then any other famous person i've ever seen. He was uber nice to kids and military folk. Exactly how it should be imo.

doubt anyone watched it, but on Sunday, WM28, HHH/Taker had their "End of an Era" match in the HIAC with HBK has special ref.....

After the match HBK and Taker helped HHH up the ramp and on the stage all 3 hugged...it was pretty cool to see, and really felt like the close of the Attitude Era since those 3 will NEVER be in the same ring ever again

Kind of stunk. I saw some of the pictures. In a HIAC match you expect all sorts of blood. Seemed to be no blading in this one though.

I thought it was by far the best match of the night, and one of the best matches in a long time...

HHH bled a bit, but in today's era, blood isn't really allowed anymore..you'll never see it like in the 90s...

but definitely a great match with lots of emotion...HBK came off amazing.. especially when he hit taker with Sweet Chin then HHH hit the pedigree on taker only for him to kick out..HBK's reaction was oscar worthy

I only saw a brief highlight video, so I can't speak for the rest of the match.

Why they couldn't have reworked the card to have that go on as the Main Event who knows.

nice find

I honestly thought HHH was gonna win it right there...I thought HBK would influence it, and once that happened, I thought the streak may have been dead..but once he kicked out, I knew they would still have the streak live
