If Talbott really has nothing to do with anything wrong, then why has Ohio State revoked his access to shoot in Ohio Stadium? I believe I read somewhere that he no longer has access to Ohio Stadium.

Perhaps my timeline is wrong. In that case I am inclined to agree with your answer.
SportsByBrooks reported that Talbott was ordered to disassociate from tOSU in the middle of the 2010 season. However, that was in the same article that they listed a Pryor-autographed item in an eBay account that was supposedly Talbott's, but was later proven to be somebody else's. They, and ESPN, implied that it was because tOSU knew of NCAA-related problems with Talbott and Pryor, but that hasn't been shown to be the case at this point.
So I'm not really sure when and why Talbott was asked to to longer photograph games at the 'Shoe. But whenever it was done, the compliance department was wise to err on the side of caution.
