WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Muffler, not very learned myself, but I believe some of the advantages of the pistol would be it allows the QB to look over the defense from the shot gun formation and still allows the RB to be in his most comfortable position, in the I far enough back to see the holes open up while getting up a head of steam as he heads to the LOS.

Also, if another RB is put beside the QB, it allows for a read option or hand off. The read option seems to be one of Pryor's strengths and I'm hoping to see the offense use it a little more than they are now.

Yep. Looking good to me. I think Tressel shied away from running him too soon. Pryor is having trouble passing, but is eating up Minny on the ground. Run him, get a few TDs, and then work on the passing with a decent lead.

That TD pass to Robo after the delay of game looked quite nice to me!

The fact that TP, as a frosh, is looking to pass first and run second from out of the pocket bodes well for his future as a QB. His ability to run and keep plays alive while looking down the field will reap huge dividends when his passing skills come further along.

Another great aspect of Pryor. Doing will result in several big plays this year. There's going to be a play in which Pryor gets out of a sack and is able to hit a WR downfield for a big gain.
