WR Ted Ginn, Jr. (Official Thread)

Watching old highlights and whatnot.. I remember a comment Tress made after OSU beat PSU at home. Ginn had scored on an end around, but it was called back for holding... well behind the play, of course (how many times did that happen to TGII?) And Tress is asked about it in the post game.. something like "What did you think about the hold call on Teddy's score on that end around?" And he says, "Well, we should probably have our guys just take a knee on that play, but you know, they're young and want to play too"

Fastest person/man I've ever seen in person. Saw Nelloms in High School which was insane but Ted was doing it in pads! It didnt stop in college, dude was erasing angles in the pro's too which is pretty much unheard of. I can never scroll past his highlight film when I see it. Thanks for the memories Teddy, there are many!

Legend has it - if he's even, he's leaving.

He's the only guy I have even seen be at a full stop with someone chasing him running full bore 5 or 10 yards behind and he starts to accelerate 2 or 3 steps and the guy is no longer gaining another 2 or 3 and he's losing big chunks of yardage.

He might not be the fastest football player that’s played, but I’ve never seen anybody on a football field accelerate faster than Ted.

The TD return against Indiana.
Confirmed. With my own eyes. That Indiana game. Ted Ginn will go down in history.
