This guy's a real jerk
I hope he beats out Robiskie just because he's a senior and it's his last chance to impress NFL scouts. But if he doesn't kudos to Robiskie.

Sorry to post again on yet another unrelated board, but I truly hope that Roy Hall is ready for next week, and I hope that the decision was made in part to make him ready for next week. Hall had a great catch last year against the Horns, and w/o Holmes this year, I want to see our team go against Hall, Gonzo and JesusGinn Superstar as a team. I will take a win anyway we can get it, but I want you guys to be healthy to see what UT is made of, one way or the other.BN $

Roy Hall has a lingering ankle injury, he will not play vs NIU. Brian Robiskie will be the #3 WR.
well, he had 85 catches for 1,435 yards and 13 TDs in '98 for an average of 17 yards per catch, so i'm pretty sure he caught some long balls...I don't remember Boston catching too many long ones, he was more of a down and out guy. Cooper (and co.) liked to use his frame for a safe assurance of a 10 yard pickup I think.
Looking at Hall last night I saw the same sort of style (using body/frame to get position) and his footwork was great in the drills.
I used to think Hall was slower in past years but he looks like he has been working on speed in the offseason. Everyone we talked to around us agreed.
two posts above yours... ankle.Maybe Im stupid and totally missed something, but why did Roy Hall not play at all yesterday. Is he hurt? I didnt think I read anything about him being hurt or in trouble.
hes gonna be good to go for the texas game, right??
ZachDumas;596572; said:Roy Hall is the man. This will be his breakout year. As good as Robo is, Hall should not be kept off of the field and will make the perfect short/medium receiver, especially with our lack of a threat at the tight end position.
