Don't know why it is a "dumb question", I suppose I just didn't google the correct thing. It seems you OSU fans sure can be rude here.

All I did was google "mike furrey ohio state jersey"

I am not meaning to be rude but it's just that I did that and found a complete list of all tOSU players jerseys. It's not difficult, you can do it.

Yup, I was searching his bios and stuff. Don't know why I didn't search that exact phrase. Seemed like a really obscure piece of information, but I guess that is what google is for.

He only played in 9 games, check his stats.

You said he was at OSU one season. I said that if you read the link that Scooter supplied, it states that he was at OSU 2 seasons. You then said "I already know this". Now you say he only played in 9 games and to check his stats. So fucking what!?!

If you had checked things out you would have known he was at OSU 2 seasons (or perhaps his website is incorrect).

Bottom line, it appears you were too fucking lazy to google yourself (even though you told Scooter that you had already done that) as OCBuck googled and I assume fairly quickly got the info for you.

Maybe I am part of the "tough crowd" here or I am being "rude", however I didn't say he was at OSU 1 year then when pointed out it was 2 years claim that I already knew that.

EDIT: BTw, welcome to the board.

What the...? Not understanding the constant animosity from you guys. Last time I checked 9 games isn't even one season. Either way, it has nothing to do with what my question was. Certainly nothing to get angry about or flame me about. Thanks for the friendly welcome.

Again, welcome to the board. Noobs are sometimes greeted differently when their first posts pertain to something that could be found easily via Google. Nothing personal, it is really all Ty Willingham's fault.

LOL Seriously. Furrey, what's your obsession with Mike Furrey? Just asking... to each their own.

This is from my Mike Furrey site (link):

[FONT=Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Arial] While Mike Furrey has shown he can be a great receiver in the NFL, why do I like him more than other players? The answer is fairly complex. First off, no I am not a Lions fan. Of late I have been rooting for them, but they are in no way the reason I root for Mike Furrey. It all started in the years 2002-2003. I was and still am an enormous New York Dragons fan of the Arena Football league and Mike Furrey was my favorite player. Furrey dominated the Arena League and there was no reason not to like him. Whether he was on defense or on offense, he put up the best numbers in the game. On April 27th, 2003, I attended my first Dragons game for my

birthday gift. It was one of the most fun sporting experiences in my life and it was a special day for more reasons than that. In that game, Mike Furrey had tied the record of touchdowns in an AFL season. Little did Dragons fans know, this would also be his last game in the Arena League. I got his autograph after the game and went home as happy as ever. Only two days later the St. Louis Rams would sign him and Furrey did not finish the final 3 games (and eventual playoff games) of the 2003 season. Yes I was sad, but also happy knowing Furrey's career was finally blossoming. For three seasons I would talk about Furrey with friends and other sports fans. The bad part was, he was a defensive player in a market that wasn't even close to New York. No one but me and a few other people I knew, knew Furrey and I really had nothing to brag about when it came to football discussions and I talked about Furrey. Despite his defensive accomplishments, he went vastly unrecognized until the year 2006. When I got the news Furrey was signed by the Lions and would get the chance to be a wide receiver, I could not believe me eyes. I knew he would be a playmaker as a wide receiver had he been given the chance, and it was finally time for him to show his skill. I checked the Lions roster every day to see when he would be assigned a number. It took weeks with a blank space in the number column, but finally the number 87 appeared next to his name. Immediately that day I ordered a customized replica Furrey jersey from NFL.com. I had feared maybe he would change his number before the season started, but thankfully he kept it. As the regular season of 2006 came, the rest is history. Furrey led the NFC with 98 receptions was the first player ever to go from 0 receptions to over 92 in one season. His 1000 yard season was amazing and I wore my Furrey jersey proud. I now have a large collection of Mike Furrey items and he continues to be my favorite player today.

Very Nice. Well enjoy him, it's nice to have such a dedication to a player that has come a long way. I'm sure he would be so proud to know that there are fans of his like you.
Thanks a bunch! I can't wait to see how the rest of his career plans out, it has been a fun trip so far!

Well, I was there for the begining .... just the other side of the ball. He was a year older than me at Hilliard, while I played at Dublin.... great athlete.

If you leave out the 'e' in Furrey by mistake when you're googling, you my learn a few more things.

That's why OCBucksFan is such a big fan of google.
