WR Michael Floyd (Arizona Cardinals)

I wish he would get quoted as saying this because he always still has ND at the top in his articles on the sites. Seems like this paper likes to speculate quite a bit. I think we could very well end up with Floyd though just because he was waiting simply to see how Minnesota, ND, and OSU did this season.

Other than the Minnesota newspapers saying OSU has a slight lead, is there anything else going on behind the scenes that sould allow OSU to feel like they are actually in the lead? Seems like a lot of poeple are thinking that is the case, so where is the smoke coming from?

I still see this kid picking ND. Hope I'm wrong.

He's going to the USC v ND game? Good Lord, USC might score 80 on the irish without even breaking a sweat.

That's going to be a bloodbath. How could that NOT have an effect on a recruit?
Don't you know? The Irish are going to win the National Championship next year. This year is just a rebuilding year... Recruits know better than to judge based on one season!

You mean other than N_tre _ame's total implosion on the field, the mishandling of Demetrious Jones and Weis's coaching ability being roundly called into question? More? Should I keep going?

I think you meant N_tre _ame.

I think there are two ways to look at Notre Dame from Floyd's perpective. 1. They're horrible(no questioning that at this point in time) and they have a questionable future. Do I want to waste half of my college career while Weis learns how to be a head coach?

2. They're horrible right now, but I'll get lots of early playing time and national exposure. While I may not get the wins, I'll get the press and I can go pro after three years.
