WR Jeremiah Smith (All B1G, B1G Freshman of Year, B1G WR of Year, Unanimous All-American, 2025 Rose Bowl Off MVP, National Champion)

11W: Four weeks into the college football season, Jeremiah Smith leads all FBS receivers with 617 yards and seven touchdowns, while his 33 receptions are tied for fourth. Ohio State’s superstar was already the best player in college football, let alone the best receiver, but he’s taken his game to another level this year, putting him on pace to break Ohio State’s single-season records of 95 catches and 1,606 yards by Jaxon Smith-Njigba and 17 touchdowns by Terry Glenn.

While Malik Willis hasn't been an overnight success in Miami, he's under contract for two more seasons and has been throwing to the NFL's worst receiving corps. That changes the second Smith steps on the field for the Dolphins. Smith has the kind of speed that even Willis can't overthrow and ball skills to fight through contact downfield for big plays.
In case you wondered:

Dante Moore, Julian Sayin, CJ Carr, LaNorris Sellers -- what do all four of those quarterbacks have in common? Well none of them appear in this mock draft because all of them have more years of eligibility. With Sayin and Carr I think physical development and mastery are needed for them to get drafted where they want to.
