He only got 3 targets after halftime. One was a fade on 3rd that wouldve been a nice gain but Darnold threw it way short. 2nd drew a big PI, 3rd was for 10 yds.

Collinsworth mentioned Kupp was a big reason JSN ‘improved’ but he looks the same as always to me. I’m sure he’s gotten better but his unique ability to run routes, adjust, and get open had always been fantastic. Most importantly he seems to mind-meld with his QBs.

Yeah, the main reasons for his improvement are a better OC and an increase in targets with DK and Lockett gone
