my thing is especially with the NIL money. I think players are expected to give it their all. In this case I feel he took the safe road and left his team high and dry.

In what world does NIL money have anything to do with this, other than you dislike players being paid? Would any of your rants have looked different at all if he was being paid with a scholarship only? Wouldn't he still be leaving your team high and dry?

College athletics have changed over the years, these aren't so much student athletes, they're money makers for their schools. When someone has the opportunity to secure their future they have to take it, it would be foolish for him to play and risk injuring himself. In my opinion, JSN has played this soft. Never heard anyone missing so long for a hamstring. Especially when guys like Treyveon fight through torn ligaments. Eichenberg plays with two broken thumbs.

For a board with so many old timers it’s surprising how many line up with what seems like a soft era of sports.

if this was a scUM player you’d all be saying the same as me. But since it’s a Buckeye you refuse and have rose colored glasses on. I love Ohio State. Wish JSN all the best. But just as I cheer for the team, they aren’t above being criticized either.
