The freshman class has been on campus for two weeks. I believe most, if not all of them, are taking classes over the summer.buckeyes_rock;2348111; said:So the article says he's already on campus...anyone know when the team actually reported?
Of Clark, for example, Smith said, ?he can fly,? and he called him functional in other areas as a receiver. But he also explained the realization that comes with not being the fastest guy on the field anymore.
?They're like, 'Whoa, I'm the guy. I'm really fast ? and so is everyone else,? Smith said. ?They've got to learn to combat that with fundamentals.?
"He's very functional as a wide receiver right now. He understands how to run routes, he understands how to get open, it's just a matter of him learning the offense and learning the speed of the game," Smith said.
"I can't believe he said that," Clark said.
Hope his redshirt isn't burned on his one play injury. I don't understand why you put a guy with his talent on the field in this type of situation.
I haven't seen him Marshall or Mitchell yet. Unless Clark has been on special teams and hasn't made any tackles, I haven't seen him.I'm pretty sure I've seen him on the field before today. Besides that, this is a good time to get the young guys some game experience. Hopefully the injury isn't bad but if it is then there could always be the possibility of a medical redshirt down the road.
