Amen to that. We are incredibly lucky to get to be apart of this.

Around 2004, after we'd upset Xichigan to make Tressel 3-1 against TTUN, I realized that I needed to enjoy the ride because we this might not last forever. And every year since, even in 2011, I've taken a moment to remind myself to enjoy this run, knowing that it won't last forever. It's been a great ride, and I look forward to its continuance!
When Urban retired I thought the good times might be coming to an end. No way you lose two HoF coaches back-to-back and not slow down. Turns out Day cranked the throttle from “Really REDACTED fast” to “Ludicrous Speed” on the runaway train known as Ohio State football.

To be fair the six fulltime coaches before are all in (or in the case of Urban Meyer will be) the college football HoF. It's osrt of an expectation at this point.

Kudos to Day, but it really shows how important it was for him to keep Urban’s recruiting infrastructure.

And Harbaugh will as well, but on the day his tenure ends, we'll all shed a tear. There's a difference between a HOF career and what we expect as Buckeye fans. Exhibit A is John Cooper.

Agree. I thought there was no way we weren't going to take a step back. I underestimated how much Day's new school approach to dealing with and listening to kids and his new school approach to offense (both as opposed to Urban) would help.
