That is basically my daily workout. (sarcasm font)

I used one of those water-weighted things at PT last year, which is where I would end up if I tried to do anything he is doing in this clip. Having water in a "weight" is a whole new experience.

I think most reasonable people will be able to tell the average BPer is definitely not ok in that situation.

It’s kind of like how whenever I briefly consider trying to do a full on interval sprint as opposed to merely picking up pace to maybe 80% for an interval I get a vision in my head of body parts falling off like the outside layer of a detreading semi tire.
