WR Bryson Rodgers (National Champion)

Redshirt freshman Mylan Graham hauled in a 23-yard catch and redshirt sophomore Bryson Rodgers recorded a 21-yard catch and also looked good on punt return with one lengthy jaunt although it was called back due to him (barely?) signaling for a fair catch. Whether he did or didn't signal, the defense didn't look like it thought a fair catch was called and Rodgers decisively moved upfield in a way no punt returner has yet for OSU early this season.

I know Inniss is a big time vocal leader and all that and he’s demonstrated invaluable but I have a small inkling Graham is a superior physical talent with a higher ceiling - and I wonder if that materializes at all this season. I’m not predicting it or advocating for it, just wondering.

You def aren't alone. Getting strong Julian fleming vibes in regards to Inniss. And that's not a slight just facts

In what way?

Not to speak for him and I know you’re not asking me but I have a little concern that he’s a guy that’s going to struggle to create to get consistent separation especially against any above average player - and
When he does he migjt mot be. Huh that makes tough catches as much as you need.

I guess in short that he won’t live up
To his ranking and in retrospext
It’ll be obvious there was a better player behind him.

I’m not trying to bash the kid by any means, I’m really not. But I have some worth it’s one those “all hype” situations.

In the interest of staying on topic: play the man more.
