I'm still going to go with the 1998 MSU debacle being my most memorable disappointment, I was 8 and i cried when Germaine threw that interception, I remember it all very vividly, just put my head down and cried. My dad took my mom and my aunt to the game, it was my aunt's very first ohio state game at the 'shoe, my dad told her after the game he was never going to take her again, needless to say, she's never been back since

Seems like everyone is focusing on a play or two rather than a game. I've got more gray in my beard than most (and probably less on the top of my head), but I still weep bitter tears at the 1969 Michigan-OSU game, and then the 1971 Rose Bowl (against Stanford) - was in the stands for both of them, and I still don't believe we lost those two.

But for two plays, we beat Texas in the 'Shoe, and without Springs slip, Michigan at home, and so on, and so on. A pox on this morbidity, anyone got any GREAT plays (a la Gonzalez grab at the 4 yd line two years ago?) that we can remember.

Or are our beloved Buckeyes 'expected' to make those plays?

:gobucks3::gobucks4::banger: PS - Stx - is your quote from "Oh Well" from Fleetwood Mac's 'Then Play On'?
