Worst Person Ever

Here is a poll for the worst person ever. I just threw in a few names that came to mind, but feel free to add if you think of somebody.

I had to vote for Hitler because Tib's and donny weren't choices. :p

The poll appears a bit too biased to the 20th Century. There are a lot of other villians in history.

Personally, I would have to go with Judas as being the worst person ever, but there are plenty of others. Nero ranks pretty high for me as well.

Pol Pot was the first to come to mind when I saw the thread title. Besides slaughtering over 2 million of his own people during the reign of the Khmer, he placed who knows how many land mines randomly around his country. The mines are killing children and innocents to this day. Last year alone, 5 million mines were removed. No one has any idea how many are out there.

Although, I agree with grad that there is a skew to the twentieth century. Mohammad (blessed be his name), Torquemada, and Nero are a few that come to mind immediately. Who knows how many "serial" killers in ages prior to our own existed without being caught or commonly reported?

Since you could only vote once, I picked Stalin, on body count alone, but from that list I would say Stalin, Hitler and Pol Pot would be 1a through 1c.

Idi Amin had so large of a body count at one point that the hydroelectric turbines in the river were jamming up because of all the bodies flowing into them. Also, let's not forget Lloyd Carr deserves alot of votes too.

I can tell you who were the worst group of people ever: the 1817 Michigan Territorial Legislature. It was this group of bumbs that founded scUM. I hate them.
