ST. PAUL ? A 17-year-old Minnesota girl who spent weeks looking for her missing dog was horrified when she unwrapped a box left on her doorstep and found her dog's severed head inside. continued...
 
this was done by someone who knows her. probably family or someone close to the family. the dogs name is chevey, her puppies name is diesel. a wrapped box stating "this side up" with batteries on top of the box. the note reading "congratulations" and "batteries included". my first suspects would be an ex or hopeful bf's, a neighbor and or her father. expand from there. this was far too personalized to be a random act.

on a side note. wtf is homeland security doing involved in this? i don't think osama is planning to hold all the worlds puppies severed bodies hostage...
