What is Kokura

Next question name of the German Raider that prowled the South Atlantic during the first few months of the War and also name the sea battle which resulted in the ship being scuttled by it's own crew a few days later.

Graf Spee (sp?) and the Battle of the River Platte (sp?) :lol:

sorry, I'm trying not to cheat and google the answers (BB73 :wink:) so the spelling could be f'ed up...:lol:

Name the place where a bomb was detonated in an attempt to assassinate Hitler...

Correct, and I am guessing under the table during a staff meeting some time after D day, not sure on the place maybe the Eagle's Nest but I know that is wrong.

Not the Eagle's Nest...It was Hitler's eastern bunker...I want the name of the bunker...hint: It was also named for an animal like the Eagle's nest...

EDIT: I believe it was a pulse jet and was therefore nicknamed the "buzz bomb"...
