Workout Music (merged)

5 Songs: Good Workout Music

Since I'm always at the gym with my iPod I was thinking...it sure would be nice to have some new music to lift to. It seems that there are a significant number of guys on here who workout, so I was thinking it'd be cool if we shared some music ideas to keep the playlists fresh. I figure, if everyone adds 5...before it's all said and done, we could put together a pretty slick library of intense gym-tunes.

Here are 5 songs that I lift to on a very regular basis...sometimes on repeat.

1. Brand New - Degausser
2. Daft Punk - Steam Machine
3. RZA - Fatal
4. Chevelle - Vitamin R
5. Basement Jaxx - Don't Give Up

5. metallica - for whom the bell tolls
