Wisconsin 17, Ohio State 38 (final)

I think we'll handle Wiscy pretty easily, but 15.5 is a lot of points lol. I still look for around a 34-10 win, or something in that area.

I agree, but I have to admit that 15.5 points seems like a lot.
According to Sagarin's Predictor ratings the likeliest spread with each team having their squads at full strength, in the Shoe, is Ohio State -20.5.

TRUE but if they getgoing with PJ Hill it could be a little closer than what people think.
Sagarin's Predictor ratings can sometimes lull you into over-confidence, and I must admit I rarely look at them for guidance. (Though judging by recent Pick 'Em results that might not hurt). This time though it is different.
When the Predictor indicates -20.5 and the line is -15.5 - and then we hear there may be some limitation for the Badgers primary rusher, then I say the line at -15.5 is light.
Wisconsin won't get Hill going big time in this game.
No amount fo film study will let the Badgers replicate the take-out of Laurinaitis that Penn State accomplished. Plus, if they are foolish enough to try the Defensive staff has already got a cure based on the adjustments made, under adverse conditions, in Happy Valley.

Ohio State's D will do the Badgers "O" what every team has done that was able to limit their offense - show just how badly Joe Thomas is missed on the line.

The Badgers are huge at home - where they can employ a more balanced attack, one in which Smith shares the load with Hill. On the road, an entirely different, more muzzled animal.

Good solid comments.

On a mostly unrelated note, I'm hopeful that Hill IS present for the game. I really feel like we need the defensive line work to prepare for tsun.

Good point about the linework, but I think we only need to get healthy across the front in order to stop Wisconsin, or slow TSUN.

Looking forward to a Buckeye crushing victory this Saturday. All in fellas!

You could be right that what we really need is Denlinger and some others being healthy. I hope you are right and I have a tendency to make too much of small things, but I was "concerned" with the way PSU moved the ball on the ground. As I watched the game, my immediate thought was, "well, we'll still likely beat PSU, but I don't want this type of thing happening against TSUN."
