Wierd legal question for anyone on the board!

If you are living in a persons residence, without a lease and you are receiving mail there, would you have to give 30 days written notice to move out like you would if there is a signed lease? Its kind of a dumb question, Im just wondering because Im thinking about moving into my girlfriends mobile home for a few months to save money, and there isnt going to be any oral or written lease involved. Any answers would be helpful. Thanks!

Nope. But why not write something up that says "She agrees that I get to stay here for free, until I'm kicked out, with two days notice....and anal once a week*" in case she gets pissed later and claims you owe her rent for the two years you mooch off of her.
