Why isn't there a college basketball forum?

There's Buckeye football and then college football. There's Buckeye basketball but no college basketball. Having a scUM thread in the Buckeye basketball forum is apalling.

You should realize that there is not that much interest in college basketball as a whole on this site to start a forum. Maybe you should have created a thread at the beginning of the season but there is not that much activity for an entire forum. In the past, a moderator has started a College Basketball thread. You do not have to be a BP staff member to start a thread. You could have started a College Basketball thread at the beginning of the season just like I started the Ohio State Basketball Official thread and Big Ten basketball thread and I have no special permissions.

See this thread:https://www.buckeyeplanet.com/forum...ketball-discussion.646272/page-5#post-2881652

and you think there is a need for a forum:lol:

I understand all of that. It just seems that there are plenty of threads under Buckeye basketball have nothing to do with Buckeye basketball. Whether there is a lot of interest or none, it is just a matter of storing that stuff in a different place. Does it take up any more or less space if it was put under College Basketball? Threads on Michigan State, Tom Izzo, scUM basketball, Tom Crean, Marquette, Bo Ryan, Duke, UCLA, Larry Brown, Pat Summitt, Dayton, Cinicinnati, etc...

It is honestly just a question.

you probably should have put your question in the Administrative forum and also asked for a basketball moderator

Good point.

Wait, you mean there are other college basketball teams other than tOSU?
and somebody CARES about them?
who knew

Yeah, there are good ones, even. Nobody (including myself) cares about them any more than the other teams in college football, but they do exist. This is just my OCD asking the question.
