Who's the #1 Team in College Football? (Week 5 Poll)

Problem with OU is the opponents played so far. Texas A&M's quality wins were within the circular SEC echo chamber, and UCLA only has a quality win if you think Arizona St has the potential to be a great team.

Oregon and Auburn would be my #1 and #2 right now, in that order. Might even make a case for Auburn since they won an OOC road game and completely shut down Bielema's Razorbacks in the 2nd half of the opener and wound up winning by a four possession margin.

Auburn won that game not because they were the better team. They got lucky. Really lucky. Won my 6 when the opponent left 12-16 points off the board. I have never seen a team get that lucky. 3 missed field goals, from close easy distances and an int in the end zone.

Went with Oklahoma. Oregon is good, but Michigan State controlled them that first half...dunno what happened 2nd half. I think Oregon will struggle with Stanford again, and may struggle with UCLA if their wheels are all firing now. Oklahoma has some tough games coming up too, but I think they'll handle them.
