Hey, Padraig, buddy, pal....you just let me know if you need to get those NW tickets to somebody who will take full advantage of them...

Oh, and I just landed my tickets for Miami...was worried there for a while, but the connections finally came through. 26C, here I come.

Actually Northwestern was the only game I had tickets for (alumni tix)...I'm an usher. But as soon as I found out the date of my cousin's wedding a buddy immediately bought them off me.

My county alumni assoc. got tickets for the Texas game this year, but my name wasn't pulled for the lottery...:mad1: ...there I go again...

Eh, that's ok, it was a shot in the dark. To be honest, the tickets I want to score most are for Iowa. I'm hopeful that my dad will have recovered enough by then to go, as he grew up in Iowa and would love to see that game. His first game ever in the 'Shoe was Iowa in 85, when they came in ranked 1st, and OSU killed them...it's also, coincidentally, the day he was overcome and became an Ohio State fan...

Ok, probably not ALL of them, but check out the upper-right corner of the South stands at the next game you go to....whatever color the away team is, there's a high probability that that color will be prevalent in that corner. Sure enough, when I got my ticket through Miami, it's in section 33B, one section from the top-right section. I personally don't care at all, I just love being inside Ohio Stadium, whether it be the Spring Game, vs. Illinois or scUM '02. It's cool with me if tOSU puts the away fans in the partially open end of the 'Shoe, makes it much louder at the other end at crucial times. It just so happens that for this game I am technically an "away" fan, so in the South stands I will be come September 3rd.
